Services Offered

Monica Mystique is an independent contractor who provides psychosexual coaching and healing services in a non-medical capacity both in-person and online for adult entertainment and personal development and growth purposes only, ensuring careful discretion.

These services may include but are not limited to social events, massage and bodywork, tarot and oracle readings, guided meditation/hypnosis, brief talk therapy, and online/virtual calls and/or texting. The scope and duration of services will be detailed in the individual service agreement made with the client.

All services are subject to Monica’s availability, ability, and willingness to provide them. Appointments are strongly encouraged and recommended.

Non-Exclusive Agreement

These services are provided within the non-exclusive agreement made between the client and Monica where both retain their autonomy. The time spent together is not considered a romantic partnership or an employer/employee relationship of any kind, and both the client and Monica are able to enter other relationships or procure services from others at each person’s own discretion provided it does not violate any terms of their agreement.

Eligibility

You must be 24 years of age or older to receive any of Monica’s services. By using her services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Those who appear to be under 30 years of age may be required to present government-issued photo ID to confirm their age and identity upon first meeting with Monica.

In addition, new clients are expected to complete Monica’s full intake and screening process prior to being eligible for any and all services. Online/virtual clients are expected to complete the verification form linked in this website footer to ensure they are the legal age of majority or older.

Monica Mystique is committed to providing a welcoming, professional, inclusive, and accessible experience to all clients, regardless of identity or ability, where they are treated with respect and dignity. She is dedicated to ensuring her services are usable, understandable, and navigable by everyone, and strives to meet the needs of her clients.

The following responsibilities are intended to ensure and reinforce appropriate health and safety protocols for both Monica and the client.

Client Responsibilities:

• Behave in a respectful, trustworthy, and considerate manner, and be mindful of their own health and safety while engaging in these services.

• Keep any personal and private information shared confidential and ensure that they are operating with safety and discretion in mind.

• Communicate openly about preferences and expectations, and of any changes or reasonable accommodations needed for the session.

• Provide up-to-date and accurate information, pay in full at the start of the session, and use protection as requested or required in the session.

• Be free of any active or transmittable infection (or prolonged exposure), and not require any urgent medical care at the start of the session.

• Have a clean, safe, comfortable, and secure outcall location in cases where an outcall session is booked. Note: this requires a non-refundable deposit for booking.

Monica’s Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and healing services in a professional and considerate manner while maintaining client confidentiality and discretion.

• Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and secure incall environment, providing reasonable accommodations when necessary.

• Be free of any active or transmittable infection (or prolonged exposure), and not require any urgent medical care at the start of the session.

• Adhere to appropriate health and safety protocols and standards with both parties’ best interests in mind.

These responsibilities apply to all clients who are inquiring about or receiving services provided by Monica. Compliance with these responsibilities is required as a condition of receiving Monica’s services and in any location in which she offers these services.

Session Limitations

Monica will not provide any sessions involving any extreme unhygienic or unsafe practices nor will she allow touching of her head, face, or neck during the session. Appropriate protection and safety equipment will be used and is required as part of receiving services. All parties must consent to what occurs in session - this is always discussed at the beginning of a session.

Monica takes client privacy seriously and is committed to protecting any personal information you provide. All client information and interactions will be treated as confidential. Further details can be found in the Privacy Policy below.

It is also expected that the client does not share or distribute any personal or confidential information that Monica may share as a part of these services.

Booking an Appointment

Clients can request Monica’s services at any time via the booking form on the ‘Book Now’ page of this website or by contacting her directly (only for regular clients).

This does not guarantee that Monica will be available, able to, or willing to provide the requested services. Appointments are strongly encouraged, and there may be an additional charge for any last minute bookings.

Deposits and Payment

All rates quoted are the minimum required amounts due for Monica’s time and energy and are subject to change at any time at Monica’s discretion. Full payment is due in full prior to or at the start of the session. Cash is preferred although Monica does have other payment options available, including anonymous options, if needed.

A non-refundable deposit may be required in the following instances:
- Making a pre-booked appointment (not same day) unless done through the booking request form on this website
- Requesting any form of prep from Monica prior to the appointment that will take more than 30 minutes of her time
- Booking an in-person session for two or more hours - this will require 50% of the total amount at the time of booking

Online/virtual sessions do not require a deposit unless otherwise specified by Monica.

Cancellations and No Shows

Clients may cancel or reschedule their session without charge if done two or more hours before the scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations (within two hours of the appointment start time) will either forfeit their deposit (where applicable) or owe a $50 cancelation fee. The same is required for no shows, and they will be required to pay this fee prior to being eligible to rebook in the future with Monica.

Note: repeated no shows or cancellations may result in the refusal of service. Failure to provide payment may also result in refusal of service.

Both the Client and Monica have the right to end a session or terminate services at any time, for any reason. Monica also has the right to not provide justification for why she stops a session or is refusing service to any client.

Services will be immediately discontinued or denied in the event the client engages in conduct that is outside of the agreement established with Monica or attempted without consent.

In addition to this, there is zero-tolerance for any of the following behaviours:

• Abusing a position of trust, power, or authority; or using, threatening, or attempting any form of violence or abuse

• Providing or forcing intoxicating substances (drugs, alcohol, etc.) to coerce or manipulate at any time.

• Being heavily under the influence of intoxicating substances (except for mild use of cannabis) at the time of the appointment.

• Using any sort of recording device (audio or video) or other equipment or devices without consent (never allowed with first-time clients).

• Inviting additional people or others who have not been screened or verified to attend the session.

• Limiting or creating a risk to Monica’s sense of security, safety, or overall health and well-being.

• Disclosing or creating a fake or alternate identity to procure services if previously denied by Monica.

In cases where an offense or threat is great enough, Monica may hold the client legally liable and accountable for their actions.

The client agrees to waive any and all claims they may have against Monica Mystique from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury, including death, that they may experience as a result of their participation in the activities, due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence on Monica Mystique’s part.

Monica aims to provide an enjoyable and responsible companion and healing experience with the client’s best interest in mind. If a client is dissatisfied with any services received, they should discuss this with Monica.

Monica reserves the right to update or amend these TOS and your agreement as needed. The “Last Updated” date on this page will be revised and current/regular clients will be notified of any changes.
